"Good Evening, Debbie I just wanted to take the opportunity to write to you now that we finally have the final order and judgment. Michelle Stevens the solicitor who has represented me in these very long and difficult proceedings (which has been one of the most difficult times of my life when I thought I was going to lose my family) I can't thank her enough for all her hard work she has been amazing and I will forever be grateful to her for everything she has done in my case, I know you will probably here this a lot but her understanding, commitment and everything she has done in this very difficult case I am extremely grateful for. Not just that but she has been so supportive with understanding my anxieties (now know I have ptsd) and provided much reassurance throughout these 2yrs, I know as she described it's her job but you don't always get that from people. I think even what I write here doesn't describe how amazing the service I have received from her was (also her sectary has also been great in her absence whom I also thank). She has given me inspiration that there is still life after something like this and I'm now currently myself studying my llb hons degree.
I hope you don't mind me writing this but just wanted to thank her and your company and would (as much as I hope I never need to) always come back and would definitely recommend the company and her to anyone that was in need.".
